Favorable is proud to introduce the SPX6 Automatic Spreader - a fully automatic fabric spreading solution built for modern garment production.

At its core is a servo motor control system delivering positioning accuracy down to the micron level, ensuring every layer is spread with consistent tension and alignment. A microcomputer automatically calculates feed parameters, while an enhanced photoelectric sensor manages feeding - allowing one operator to run the entire machine.

The SPX6 handles knits, wovens, thick and thin materials, smooth and soft fabrics, and stretch or curled-edge materials, with a dedicated device for curled edges.

Available in widths of 1600mm, 1900mm, 2100mm, 2600mm, and 3100mm, with speeds up to 98m/min, single-pull heights up to 220mm, and double-pull heights up to 160mm.
